We provide 24/7 Technical Support to all our managed servers, which not only includes free reboots and O/S reinstallations, but also free troubleshooting with any problems you might face with the installed software of your server. You should keep in mind that this is not a fully managed service that would replace your sysadmin's duties (like daily routine tasks: i.e adding/removing accounts, dealing problems with your clients etc).

Server installation usually takes up to 48 hours after transaction has been completed, depending on your installation request NOC's availability to perform hardware installation. In rare cases of massive orders, it may take a little longer but we are always trying to stay on schedule.

If you exceed your monthly transfer, we will notify you to either lower it either upgrade your server's connectivity with more transfer (pricing can found at Managed AMD & Managed INTEL sections). If it persists with no actions taken from your side, we will be forced to temporary cap your connectivity at a lower rate until you respond with your decision. At ANY case, We will NEVER overcharge you for exceeded transfer!

We can provide you up to 254 IPs per server. The first 64-IPblock is free of charge, while the rest cost $10/month for each 64-IPblock. However, there are times that we can offer you up to 128 IPs and expand you to 254 IPs later, depending on IP availability and justification. While if you need more than 254 IPs, you should consider ordering another server.
