- O/S Availability: LINUX (CentOS 5, Debian 4.x & 5.x, Fedora Core 8-10, OpenSuse 10 & 11), FreeBSD (6.x & 7.x), Windows Server 2003 (Web, Standard, Enterprise), Windows Server 2008 (Web, Standard, Datacenter, Enterprise).
- Activation Time: Server activation takes up to 48 hours after sales transaction / verification depending hardware availability.
- Technical Support: 24/7 Technical Support, Reboots, O/S reinstallations, free of charge!
- Managed Service: Management service includes unlimited technical support with O/S or installed software issues but not fully managed support replacing your sysadmin's duties.
- Firewall Service: All our servers are filtered using our DDOS mitigation mechanism with absolutely no extra charge!
- IPv6 Allocations: We offer native IPv6 allocations to our customers free of charge. Each customer may have a /48 IPv6 allocation per server which equals to 1.208.925.819.614.629.200.000.000 IPv6 addresses, more than anyone will ever need for a dedicated server!
- Other Services: Reverse DNS delegation & RWHOIS re-assignment included to all our IP allocations. Private VLAN per customer is also provided free of charge.
- Payment verification: All PayPal & Credit Card customers are required to send a scanned image of their ID / credit card to sales@sharktech.net on signup. Once identity is confirmed, all images are removed from our records.
